Surprise visitor...

A couple of nights ago I could hear Billy (the dog) barking and barking in the backyard so thinking he was going crazy at a snake I went out there to get him away from it.  Not to find a snake though, to find the little echidna digging his way into our garden (to escape Billy).   

All we could see were his spikes and we didn't want to disturb him anymore than Billy already had.  


It was a nice little surprise though.
