It's finished

Well, it actually didn't take very long at all to make my blanket and it looks gorgeous!  So here is the photo of it on my bed ready to be put together.

And so I took it, sewed it together and snipped all the seams (I followed Paula's instructions) and this is my finished product.  I took two photos one outside on the clothes line (I put it there after the dryer to get rid of excess fluff, which due to the chenille there was plenty of).  And I took a photo of it inside.  It took me hours today to defluff my house from the chenille and I was scared it was going to fluff it all up again (I think it will when it is being used). Oh well....

Thanks again Paula for showing me how.

Yesterday I went up the coast to see my friend Kellie and have some lunch.  We had a lovely chat and it was great to catch up.  I gave her a Molly Chicken that I made for baby.
